About Us

We purchased this beautiful slice of Homeleigh in 2025 with the goal of turning a working cattle farm into a sustainable destination where you can see the journey from paddock to plate. 

We both grew up around family farms. Jake spent his weekends and school holidays on his Aunty and Uncle's local dairy farm learning the ropes of milk production. Navanka grew up further west in Glen Innes where her family had sheep and cattle and witnessed many times the journey from the paddock to dinner!

We enjoy travelling and absolutely fell in love with staying on people's farms when we drove from Kyogle to Perth on a five week holiday. There is so much of our beautiful country to enjoy and we can't wait for you experience Grass Tree Crossing.
